Personalized Russian Gymnast Diet

Because of my limited resources, I cannot do the Russian Gymnast diet the way it's meant to be done.
SO. Here's my personalized version that will make more sense for my day-to-day life.

Breakfast: Coffee (4-8 oz)
Lunch: Apple/2 clementines, coffee
Dinner: Nothing. Or an apple/piece of bread (specifically a 50 cal piece of bread)

And of course, at least 8 glasses of water/oolong or green tea daily for the next two weeks.
It's been said that this diet (the non-personalized one, of course), if done for 2 weeks, helps one lose 8-22 pounds. Let's see how mine holds up ;)

Gyaru Thinspo part 2

As most of you already know, I'm quite a fan of the Japanese gyaru style. Again, all the gyaru models are super-duper thin and I feel like they're good thinspo, especially for me because they have the look that I'm going for. So if you like the "bad-ass" type of skinny girls, find bad-ass skinny girls to aspire to look like! Or if you like the perfect Barbie type, then find perfect Barbie-type skinny girls. It helps you get both thinness and the "look" you want :) Many more after the break!

I'm such a failure. A constant failure.
Anyway, tomorrow is going to be the start of my Russian Gymnast Diet. I'm not eating again for the rest of today.
Oh fuck I'm fat.

Russian Gymnast Diet

Russian Gymnast DietBreakfast:Glass of either orange or apple juice

Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)

Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water*
Green apple

Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs
*non carbonated means non fizzy, so normal water.





So, this is in regards to my post about becoming a vegan for weight loss reasons. This diet fills the requirements, and I think I'll do this one for about 2 weeks.
Afterwards, I guess I'll start  the master cleanse again for 21 days.

Gyaru/Ulzzang thinspo

I've really been into the Asian subcultures lately. Anyway, all of the gyaru/ulzzang models range from 80-100 pounds (they're usually around 5'1-5'3). I'm much more into Gyaru, though, so there will only be a few ulzzangs here...

Why do I keep forgetting about the blog?

I'm no longer allowing myself to eat dairy, meat, or eggs.
I'm essentially going vegan to lose weight, no disrespect to vegans out there who are vegan for real, legitimate reasons.
I want to be a small, beautiful, fairy girl.

Every second is a new second.

So. After a 5 day binge fest, I've completed my second successful day of the master cleanse.
I've gone 20 days before, so I know I can do 20 more!
I just need to be at most 135 by the time school starts.
I'm so disgusting.

Stomach/Hipbone Thinspo

When I can feel myself giving in, I look at pictures of myself at my fattest in underwear. That keeps me for at least a couple of hours. But these pictures of stomachs keep my occupied most of the day!

My Best Running Excuses

There are a lot of things I've told my friends to keep from eating. Some of my excuses just keep excusing me, so I don't have to explain each time. Eg: "I'm lactose intolerant" over "I feel sick", because you'll always be lactose intolerant, but you won't always feel sick.
Here are my best lies.
1) I'm lactose intolerant (I actually sort of am)
2) I'm a vegan (But I can't really keep up with this one around people)
3) Eating before 9 makes me queasy during the day.
4) Eating after 7 makes it so I cannot sleep at night. This one's true. Just different reasons haha
5) I only eat organic (haha what a joke)
6) Soda makes me throw up. (I don't drink Diet Coke or anything of the like because of aspartame. I don't do sugar substitutes)
7) I'm never hungry during lunch time because I always eat during class. Hah. Hah.

Haven't posted in a long time. Gained so much weight. probably 20 pounds.
New diet plan ughh.
Only one meal a day, always cottage cheese with melon.

101 Reasons Why I hate being FAT

I'm starting a new campaign on my blog.
101 Reasons why I hate being fat. It will probably end up being much more than 101, I might even do repeats. fuck if I care, if it's a repeat then it's probably pretty fucking important. For an indefinite amount of time, I will post blog entries about what I hate about being fat.
Hopefully it will motivate you and me to lose weight.

Today is going good.. Reverse thinspo!

mmmn.. It's 2:29 pm and so far I have not eaten a thing.
 I'm fasting today and tomorrow as a jumparstart.
I'm so proud of myself, so far..
All I have to do is stay upstairs and not go downstairs into the kitchen.. I'll be fine! I'm kind of hungry. But I just drank 3-4 glasses of water. I'll drink more.
I don't drink caffeine anymore. I don't care if it speeds up the metabolism. It causes arthritis and I don't want that because then I won't be able to run and shit when I'm all old.
Here's some good reverse thinspo. It takes away my appetite completely x3 You're welcome

I've gained all the weight back.
I don't fucking know how.
But believe me, I'm starting a new plan.
DAILY:
Breakfast- 100 calories worth of fruit (preferably an apple)
Lunch- A vegan salad, no dressing or fruits (as much as I damn well please, I'm not counting these calories)
Dinner- 200 calories worth of some shit.
And duh, at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. And every monday, I fast because that's just what I do.

Don't drink diet soda. The reason you have dimples on your ass? Diet sodas contain aspartame and PRESERVE YOUR FAT CELLS. Um. Kind of ruins the point of diet, huh?
