Personalized Russian Gymnast Diet

Because of my limited resources, I cannot do the Russian Gymnast diet the way it's meant to be done.
SO. Here's my personalized version that will make more sense for my day-to-day life.

Breakfast: Coffee (4-8 oz)
Lunch: Apple/2 clementines, coffee
Dinner: Nothing. Or an apple/piece of bread (specifically a 50 cal piece of bread)

And of course, at least 8 glasses of water/oolong or green tea daily for the next two weeks.
It's been said that this diet (the non-personalized one, of course), if done for 2 weeks, helps one lose 8-22 pounds. Let's see how mine holds up ;)

  1. hi this is a diet that work well for me, i would only have one meal a day , the meal is between the hours of 2-4 pm, then i go straight to a serving job where i keep myself busy so i don't have to go to a gym, i don't sit down at all at work and just do side work to keep from being still, so its like getting paid for working out, after work i didn't eat any solids at all just what ever liquid i wanted even alcohol...
