I actually forgot about this blog! Wow, I feel like an ass.
I'm a terrible yo-yo dieter.
I should clarify something, though. I am not anorexic. I have never been anorexic, and I will never be anorexic.
When I started this blog, I was stupid little girl who wanted to have an eating disorder.
While I still want that super-super-super thin look, and I'm going to use unhealthy measures to get there, I want to make it very clear to everyone here:
Anorexia is a disorder. Please read this blog with CAUTION. If you are anorexic, or think you may know someone who is, please, please, PLEASE get help.

Hey, just read your posts and looked at your pics and everything.. it's kinda funny how stupid it was! I am anorexia and actually -to be honest- i am bulimia just because I want to be like these ulzzang girls.. but I'm european, and I'm even 37kg .. but you know what? I dont look as thin like them.. not their legs, not their faces... its an horrible issue and I destroyed my whole life! because of that.. maybe I#ll die cause I dont want to order some help! but when you know about your disorder LET THEM HELP YOU, DAMN!! I mean, yeah I also want to look that fucking skinny and I think this look is so cute and everything, but do we really want to kill ourselfes just because we are who we are? Guess not.. please stop writing tipps to be unhealthy, it makes it even worse for stupid girls like me to get away from this disorder.. (and sorry for my crappy english, I am a little bit upset so I can't write clear sentences u.u;;)

ReplyDeleteAnyway, I stumbled on this blog being quite shocked at some of the things you were posting. But seeing as it was posts from 2010/11 I decided to move forward and see that you grew out of the phase.
Anyway, I just want to let you know that there are definite sure-fire ways of being skinny and achieving your "ideal look" even if your bone structure isn't entirely suited to it.
For example, waist training is safe these days if you use the properly made cinches, these can shape your rib cage slightly and help move pockets of fat around to create a tiny waist WITHOUT having to eat less.
Also, these images you;re sharing? They're all photoshopped. I'm a pro at photoshop and have an eagle eye for this sort of thing, not even anorexic girls can a "flat stomach", it can't happen. A uterus just doesn't disappear when you exercise or eat. You can lose fat and waist train, but you will never be able to get rid of that little tummy pouch, it's there for bearing children.
Also, try to lose the hope for a "thigh gap". It's impossible if your pelvic bone isn't wide enough, only 4% of humans on earth can retain a natural thigh gap, I would say up to 20% can train one. If your bones don't allow it, don't for them to.
Onto long legs. Another bone thing. You can lose leg fat and lift your butt with squats and running and whatnot, but that's only if you eat enough, and even then it would make you legs look super long like a VS model or a SNSD member.
Face, faces can be carved and enhanced with modern cosmetic surgery, the best country for these kind of procedures to be performed is in South Korea, but be warned, once you carve bone away, it doesn't grow back.
