My top ana items

Hey, I just made a post, like a second ago, but I have a new post :]
My top 5 ana items! These 5 are extremely bible-esque to me. You just have to have it! They are great tools for losing weight and yadda yadda. sorry my hands are numb, so it's hard to type a lot :P

Anyway, here are my top 5 :]

ONE: An app on my iTouch called "Lose It!". It basically tracks all your calories in and calories out, and tells you how long it will take (theoretically speaking) for you to get to your desired weight. The icon is an orange scale.
And yes, it is a free app :]

TWO: Biggest Loser Calorie Counter!
It has saved me in so many situations... There's a shitload of food listed and the protien, fiber, fat (Sat. Trans., etc), carbs, and calories are listed. There's a dining out section that has a bunch of restaurants (mostly fast food) and it has loads of ways to order at a fast food place, but keep it under 200 calories. So it's a great book to use if you're hiding your ED from your friends,, because they'll eat with you at BK or PF Changs (or wherever) and they'll just assume that you eat like that all the time. They also have Starbucks listed, for my caffeine-addicted chicas :]
The book is also really small, so it can fit in your purse when you dine out or just when you're going about your daily activities.

I bought mine at Target for 9 dollars? Around that...
You can buy yours pretty much anywhere. It's at Barnes and Noble. You can also get it at Amazon for $7.99.

THREE: Okay, this tool is a really old tool that probably everyone knows about... Is there a certain size you want to be? Buy a dress or a pair of jeans in that size. Better yet, make sure the items are really really nice and expensive so that you'll HAVE to be inspired enough to lose weight and fit into it. This works for me so well! I was a size 12, so I bought myself a very revealing DKNY dress in a size 9. It worked.

FOUR: Rings. It helps track my weight a little bit. Sometimes, the scale lies because maybe it's
1) your period
2) the wrong time of day
3) ETC.
But a ring on your finger won't lie to you. It's always accurate. So buy one that fits a bit snug-ly and when it gets too snug, you know you've gained weight for sure, and when it starts slipping off, you know you've been good.

FIVE: National Geographic magazine.
No, seriously. They always have some weird gross nature picture with a revolting animal... So when you are eating, just take out the magazine. Here's another good thing: You can read it while you eat, and you only eat while you read every other page. And you stop when you're done with the magazine. But make sure you're eating slowly, because you might devour the meal because you're not focusing!

And the grody pictures will probably take away your appetite. It takes mine away.

Alright lovies, im done here :)
see yaaa tomorrow? later? who knows.
