Hellooo girlies
Well today, my mother didn't try shoving food down my throat.
I just hate how she's always telling me to lose weight, and that I'm a fat bitch (like I didn't know?) while she shoves food into my face.
But today I didn't have that problem, since she's pretty much away today. And I've been keeping in my room. It's really only 1:43 pm so I can't say for sure if she'll make me eat dinner, but let's hope not, because I've already had today's quota of calories.
1 cup-thing of Chobani Pomegranite Greek Yogurt (140)
1 bag of Low-fat, butterless popcorn -i forget which brand- (100)
1 mini-cookie from some organic place (40)
1 gummy vitamin (10)
1 cup of oolong tea (0)
2 cups of iced water (0)
=290 calories
I still have 10 left, but I don't know what to do with those. Anyway, it's my third day on the Ana Bootcamp (my own modified version.. mine has more fasts and less calories on eating days)
I haven't been working out lately, so if anyone could give me any workouts that won't waste my time? Thanks.
