When I can feel myself giving in, I look at pictures of myself at my fattest in underwear. That keeps me for at least a couple of hours. But these pictures of stomachs keep my occupied most of the day!

My Best Running Excuses
There are a lot of things I've told my friends to keep from eating. Some of my excuses just keep excusing me, so I don't have to explain each time. Eg: "I'm lactose intolerant" over "I feel sick", because you'll always be lactose intolerant, but you won't always feel sick.
Here are my best lies.
1) I'm lactose intolerant (I actually sort of am)
2) I'm a vegan (But I can't really keep up with this one around people)
3) Eating before 9 makes me queasy during the day.
4) Eating after 7 makes it so I cannot sleep at night. This one's true. Just different reasons haha
5) I only eat organic (haha what a joke)
6) Soda makes me throw up. (I don't drink Diet Coke or anything of the like because of aspartame. I don't do sugar substitutes)
7) I'm never hungry during lunch time because I always eat during class. Hah. Hah.
